Information Security Policy
Accuratio L.L.C. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) will work on information security company-wide based on the following policy in order to protect the information assets entrusted to us by our customers from threats such as accidents, disasters and crimes, and to earn the trust of our customers and society.
Article 1 Management Responsibility
We will endeavor to improve information security systematically and continuously under the initiative of the management.
Article 2 Development of Internal System
We have set up an organization to maintain and improve information security, and establish information security measures as formal internal rules.
Article 3 Employee Efforts
Our employees acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security and ensure their commitment to information security.
Article 4 Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
We comply with laws, regulations, norms and contractual obligations related to information security and meet the expectations of our customers.
Article 5 Response to Violations and Accidents
We will take appropriate measures to prevent recurrence when a law violation, contract violation or accident related to information security occurs.
This policy shall be executed in the Japanese language. Japanese shall be the governing language and any translation of this policy into any other language is for convenience of reference only and shall not bind us and customers hereto.

Privacy Policy
Accuratio LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of personal information in the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
Article 1 (Definition and Collection of Personal Information)
In this Policy, "Personal Information" refers to information that can identify a specific individual, such as name, company name, and email address. The Company acquires this information through lawful and fair means, such as when entered into inquiry forms or during the course of using the Service.
Article 2 (Purpose of Use)
The Company uses the acquired personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries and send requested materials.
- To provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service.
- To track the delivery status of advertisements and measure advertising effectiveness.

Article 4 (Management)
The Company implements safety management measures in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related guidelines to prevent risks such as leakage, loss, or alteration of personal information.
Article 5 (Restriction on Third-Party Provision)
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent from the individual, except as permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable Japanese laws.
Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion)
When requested by an individual to disclose, correct, or delete their personal information, the Company will respond without delay within the scope provided by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Please note that a processing fee of 1,000 JPY per request may be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
Article 7 (Policy Revisions)
The Company may revise this Policy as necessary. Any revisions to this Policy shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Company's website.

Mold Correction Service Terms and Conditions
These Mold Correction Service Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the terms and conditions for the service contract of mold correction operations provided by Accuratio LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Contractor").
Article 1 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- "Master Agreement": The basic agreement between the Client and the Contractor based on these Terms.
- "Client": Any corporation or individual who agrees to these Terms and entrusts operations to the Contractor.
- "Contractor": Accuratio LLC, which accepts operations from the Client.
- "Parties": Collectively refers to the Client and the Contractor.
- "Mold Correction Service": The services described on the Contractor's website (https://accuratio.co.jp/correct/).
- "Individual Contract": Individual service contracts concluded between the Parties for the ordering of the Mold Correction Service.
- "Uncorrected Dataset": A set of data sent by the Client to the Contractor for the purpose of using the service.
- "Corrected Dataset": A set of data newly created by the Contractor by processing the Uncorrected Dataset.
Article 2 (Formation of Contract)
1. Those wishing to place an order shall request a quotation from the Contractor via email or other means after agreeing to these Terms. An Individual Contract is formed when the Client expresses the intent to order via email in response to the quotation, and the Contractor sends an order confirmation (acceptance).
2. The provisions of these Terms apply to all Individual Contracts. In case of conflict, these Terms shall take precedence.
Article 3 (Data Transmission)
1. The Client shall provide the Uncorrected Dataset to the Contractor via email or online storage services specified by the Contractor.
2. The Contractor shall deliver the Corrected Dataset to the Client using similar means.
Article 4 (Payment Method)
The Contractor shall calculate the usage fees for the current month closing at the end of each month and send an invoice (electronic file) at the beginning of the following month. The Client shall transfer the amount stated in the invoice in Japanese Yen to the specified bank account by the end of the month in which the invoice was received. Bank transfer fees shall be borne by the Client.

Article 5 (Confidentiality and Data Handling)
1. Neither Party shall disclose the other party's confidential information obtained through business operations to any third party.
2. The Contractor shall not use the Uncorrected Dataset for any purpose other than providing this service and shall delete said data within 7 days after the expiration of the Individual Contract.
3. Responsibility for virus checks and backups related to data provision shall be borne by the providing party (the Client).
Article 6 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability)
1. Regarding the Corrected Dataset, the Contractor does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability and assumes no liability for non-conformity.
2. Only if the Contractor voluntarily determines and notifies that the data does not meet the Contractor's own standards, three-quarters of the paid amount will be refunded.
3. The liability for damages of the Parties shall be limited to ordinary and direct damages and shall not exceed the total amount of the respective Individual Contract.
Article 7 (Termination and Governing Law)
1. Either Party may terminate the Master Agreement at any time by providing notice via email.
2. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Yokohama District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes.
